- COMPLETELY INVISIBLE FINISH. Ultimate Sealant is a water-based penetrative coating for porous substrates such as concrete, clay, limestone, sandstone, flagstone, cantera, masonry, etc. that does not alter the appearance or texture of treated substrates.
- SIO2 NANO-BASED COMPOSITION. Instead of using conventional silanes/ siloxanes, Ultimate Sealant uses silicon dioxide nano particles that are able to bond with the substrate on a molecular level and offer longer-lasting UV ray and water repellent protection.
- EASY-TO-APPLY. Forget about applying a milky white looking liquid on your vertical/ horizontal surfaces that might end up leaving residues once it dries. Ultimate Sealant is odorless, colorless and can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed into almost every absorbent substrate.
- GREAT AREA COVERAGE. Each gallon can cover up to 450 sq. ft. on the first coat and even more on the second coat. It usually takes two coats for the substrate to develop an outstanding water repellent protection.
- LONG LASTING PROTECTION. Ultimate Sealant will offer a water repellent protection for more than 8 years on vertical surfaces. Due to the nature of its chemical composition, UV rays will not degrade it the way it degrades silanes and siloxanes, making it more resistant and longer-lasting than conventional sealers.
